About Rosalind Ferrara

I am a full-time consultant with Focus Education. This role involves leading national conferences and working with groups of schools and individual schools. I have extensive experience in all aspects of school improvement and in developing and delivering innovative training for a range of contexts and bespoke consultancy support. I am also an accredited Additional Inspector and undertakes Ofsted inspections on a regular basis.

I have 30 years’ experience working in a range of teaching and leadership roles in both national and international schools as well as consultant and senior leadership roles within LA advisory teams. I have also led a successful school improvement consultancy service, operating out of a federation of schools.
