About Robert Cook

A Head for over 25 years in State and Independent schools, Adeoci's Director has developed every school he has run to Ofsted 'Outstanding'. He was Lead Consultant and founding Head of the UK's first Venture Capital School that opened in London in 2011, graded 'Outstanding' in every category by Ofsted. In 2014 he was Founding Principal of NBH Canobury, Cognita's latest school that opened in Islington, London in September. Robert Cook established 'Adeoci Consultancy International' in 2009 and his expertise is sought by Heads and other educationists seeking excellence, leadership support, strategies for change management and school improvement.

Previous Experience

Robert Cook has had over 25 years of Headship experience including 13 in State Secondary schools and 12 in the Independent sector (HMC). Involved at the highest levels of educational change, Robert Cook has worked with Ministers and Opposition spokespeople involving education reform. He has led national conferences and been a key note speaker. He was a Senior Examiner for OCR and Ofsted Inspector.
